find a birth certificate

I know the year, I know the parish, I even know the number in the book but it doesn't show that there is a scan of the document so how can I retrieve the document?
There are no birth certificates on Genealogy Indexer. You can see what sources are included in the search engine by clicking the links next to "Collection" in the top left, such as "Directories" or "School." All of these and only these sources are indexed. The forums are for help in using these sources.
